McNuggetini? not even on my fattest fat girl day would i attempt to eat/drink this. but then again, if you take away the BBQ sauce and nugget garnish it might be str8, lol. the drink itself is just a Mickey D's chocolate milkshake + absolute vanilla vodka, see that's not so bad.
